Job Requirements

  • Previous retail or cashier experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
  • Partner with colleagues for additional support when needed
  • Engage customers actively and enthusiastically
  • Resolve customer problems and assist with credit, rewards and gift card programs
  • Promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs
  • Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
  • Assist with signing and merchandising standards at all checkouts
  • Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment areas
  • Call for assistance when additional checkout help is needed
  • Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device for line management
  • Assist with Omnichannel efforts as needed
  • Support recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance
  • Participate in annual inventory processes
  • Support company shrink and safety initiatives
  • Meet established performance standards including iCAP program targets, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
