Job Duties
- Maintain a clean uniform
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation
- support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
- maintain sanitary standards
- count cash drawer at beginning and end of shift
- greet guests
- take food and beverage orders
- expedite food orders in some cases
- ring guest orders into cash register or POS system
- properly charge guests and collect payments
- process credit and debit card transactions
- answer phone and take phone orders
- interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- stock display refrigerators, salad bar, and steam table accurately and efficiently
- maintain hot or cold temperature conditions as per standards
- maintain appropriate portion control
- clean equipment thoroughly and timely
- keep floor in work or service area clean and free of debris
- complete shift work timely and thoroughly according to department standards
