Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior cashier or food service experience preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
basic computer literacy
ability to handle cash accurately
good interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Maintain a clean uniform
maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation
support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
maintain sanitary standards
count cash drawer at beginning and end of shift
greet guests
take food and beverage orders
expedite food orders in some cases
ring guest orders into cash register or POS system
properly charge guests and collect payments
process credit and debit card transactions
answer phone and take phone orders
interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner
stock display refrigerators, salad bar, and steam table accurately and efficiently
maintain hot or cold temperature conditions as per standards
maintain appropriate portion control
clean equipment thoroughly and timely
keep floor in work or service area clean and free of debris
complete shift work timely and thoroughly according to department standards
