The company prides itself on maintaining a fun, team-oriented environment where every employee feels valued and empowered to contribute to their location's success.

As a Raising Cane's Restaurant Crewmember, you will play a vital role in delivering a memorable dining experience. This position is entry-level, ideal for individuals looking to start or develop their career in the restaurant industry. You will be expected to work collaboratively with your fellow crewmembers, embody excellent communication skills, and exhibit a positive, courteous, and hardworking demeanor. Raising Cane's is committed to your professional growth; within your first year, you can increase your hourly wage by up to $1.50 through additional training, certifications, and performance reviews.

Joining Raising Cane's means working in a place where hard work and fun coexist. The company strongly values authenticity, responsibility, dependability, and pride in one’s work. Crewmembers are not just employees but essential contributors to an environment that supports community impact and personal development. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to multitask efficiently, as it involves lifting, bending, cleaning, taking orders, handling payments, and following food safety protocols.

In addition to competitive pay, Raising Cane's offers a variety of benefits for hourly Crew, including access to voluntary benefits through an insurance marketplace covering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and other protections. Employees also enjoy membership programs, 401(k) with employer match, education assistance, and pet insurance, among others. The company provides paid time off and closes for major holidays in many locations, supports flexible scheduling, and offers employee discounts to enhance the overall work experience.

At Raising Cane's, you will become part of a team that values your growth, individuality, and dedication.
