Job Requirements

Relevant previous experience with cash handling or cashier duties preferred
Ability to maintain accurate accounting and inventory control
Must be able to work varied hours including days, nights, weekdays, and weekends
Physical ability to remain stationary for up to 5 hours, bend, stoop, and occasionally lift up to 35 lbs
Ability to communicate effectively in the primary languages of guests
Must comply with food and beverage safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older where applicable
Must have basic working knowledge of cash handling procedures
Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count money and make change quickly
Must have basic working knowledge of concession and cafeteria operation
Must have ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work

Job Duties

Maintains accurate accounting of all cash and inventory on assigned concession stand
Performs location worker assignments
Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees
Plans for daily sales flow based on projections
Plans for peak hour sales and makes change requirements known to the Concession Manager
Organizes all paperwork for cashier responsibilities including physical inventory stand sheet, meal sheet and spoilage reports, cash slips
Verifies the proper item prices to the menu
Monitors the proper recording of employees meals and meal vouchers, if applicable
Maintains accurate cash handling procedures at all times
Performs location worked duties as assigned
Follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage
Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor
