Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of retail experience preferably in luxury retail
  • knowledge of fashion trends and competition
  • proficiency with cash register and POS systems
  • basic computer skills including mobile devices and internet
  • ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, kneeling
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail sales days

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • college degree preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of retail experience preferably in luxury retail service environment
  • knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
  • proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills
  • ability to use iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offer your name
  • interact genuinely and naturally with customers
  • read customer cues and determine needs
  • conduct email and name capture where permitted by law
  • maintain accuracy when operating point of sale systems
  • keep cash wrap organized and clean
  • suggest multiple add-ons and sell gift cards
  • maintain cash and POS media in compliance with company policy
  • create lasting impressions by thanking customers and providing reasons to return
  • represent Coach brand appropriately
  • receive shipments and transfers
  • notify management of new product arrivals
  • scan cartons and verify store information
  • communicate discrepancies to management
  • process shipments and transfers per standards and timeframes
  • organize and clean stockroom daily
  • shift and organize stockroom product according to sell-through
  • manage stock levels in stockroom and sales floor
  • prepare and conduct cycle counts
  • participate in physical inventory counts
  • maintain loss prevention standards
  • analyze sales floor for replenishment needs
  • replenish sales floor and assigned zones
  • execute visual merchandising changes
  • support sales floor activities
  • communicate product details and availability
  • respond confidently to customer requests
  • maintain housekeeping standards on sales floor
