Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • able to complete all mandatory training and orientation
  • eligible to work for the City of Oklahoma City
  • pass background investigation and drug testing
  • able to work scheduled shifts including seasonal or part-time hours
  • ability to travel as required
  • comply with city policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • at least 18 years old at time of application
  • able to complete mandatory training including orientation
  • experience in customer service or retail preferred
  • ability to operate computerized ticketing and inventory systems
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work scheduled shifts reliably
  • capacity to follow cash handling procedures

Job Duties

  • greet the public and provide customer assistance
  • compute cost of sales and accept payments
  • make change for transactions
  • maintain sale items, equipment, and supplies in clean and sanitary condition
  • operate computerized ticketing and inventory systems
  • check delivery orders for accuracy and quality
  • handle cash according to established procedures
