Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to handle cash responsibly
  • reliable transportation to work at various city facilities
  • ability to travel as required
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to complete application questions thoroughly
  • provide accurate responses supported by work history
  • willingness to undergo background investigation, drug testing, and physical examination
  • eligibility for rehire if a former employee

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • basic knowledge of cash handling and sales procedures
  • ability to operate computerized ticketing and inventory systems

Job Duties

  • greet the public and provide customer assistance
