Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles
- knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
- ability to maneuver sales floor and stock room requiring climbing, bending, and kneeling
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of fashion trends and retail market competition
- commitment to Coach brand standards and company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of retail experience preferably in luxury retail
- knowledge of current fashion trends and marketplace competition
- familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills
- ability to use mobile POS devices and walkie-talkies
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and offer your name
- interact genuinely and naturally with customers
- operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap cleanliness
- suggest multiple add-ons and sell gift cards
- receive and process shipments and transfers
- organize and maintain stockroom and warehouse
- replenish sales floor and support merchandising
- communicate product information to customers
- maintain company loss prevention standards
- participate in cycle counts and inventory
- respond confidently to customer requests
- maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor
