- Basic math skills for handling payments

- Knowledge of restaurant menu and food safety practices beneficial
Job Duties
- Greet guests as they enter and offer a sincere invitation to return as they leave
- Offer assistance to guests who need help
- Process GC On the Go To-Go orders
- Handle payments accurately and balance cash drawer daily
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host and cashier stations
- Assist in buffet setup and ensure labels and cleanliness standards
- Follow local health department regulations and operational procedures
- Inform manager when cash drawer needs securing to reduce robbery risk
