  • Offer assistance to any guests who may need help
  • Process Golden Corral On the Go To-Go orders
  • Be friendly and courteous on the phone
  • Handle payments accurately
  • Know and follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery
  • Know the buffet offerings for the day and have full knowledge of the menu and prices
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas
  • Help ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct
  • Clean all buffets and surrounding areas
  • Follow local health department laws
  • Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met
  • Keep cashier drawer at low cash levels to maintain a safe work environment
  • Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork
