Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant, cashier, or customer service role preferred
- Experience with POS systems is a plus, but training will be provided
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is helpful
- Authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage guest seating, waitlists, and reservations
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately
- Answer guest questions regarding the menu and restaurant policies
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle takeout and delivery orders when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- Resolve guest concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary
- Follow all company policies, safety, and sanitation standards
