Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- ability to operate POS system
- ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 pounds using proper equipment and safety techniques
- ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- availability for full-time open schedules or part-time shifts including weekends
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
- engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and create a positive lasting impression by offering personalized service
- accurately and efficiently perform register/POS transactions including sales, returns, exchanges
- ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise, use appropriate price overrides when necessary
- manage all aspects of customer expectations by communicating product information, care, maintenance, timeframes and delivery
- affirm client purchases and suggest additional merchandise
- inform clients about relevant promotions
- share information about products, in-store events and workshops
- maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
- maximize resources to fulfill customer needs and resolve any issues
- perform other duties as assigned
- foster an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with respect
