Job Requirements
- Twenty one years of age or older
- Minimum five years experience in hospitality industry
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Cash handling experience
- Experience working in high-volume nightclub, lounge, restaurant, or pool operations
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in noisy, crowded environments
- Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Compliance with company safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests politely
- Anticipate guest needs
- Provide guests with information and directions
- Refer unusual requests to management
- Adhere to company standard operating procedures
- Maintain sequence of service standards
- Provide information about venues, menus, and pricing
- Recognize and cultivate repeat business
- Maintain atmosphere control by circulating
- Report incidents of theft or safety issues
- Process all payments accurately
- Respond to guest concerns and complaints
- Communicate effectively in English
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Complete opening, running, and closing duties
- Report equipment failures or safety hazards
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Clean spills and dispose of trash promptly
- Prepare guest checks through POS
- Perform basic math for transactions
- Count and balance cash bank
- Prepare daily reporting forms
- Stock cashier station supplies
- Follow proper checkout procedures
- Maintain work-related social media pages
- Participate in guest list management
- Develop a personal clientele list
- Appear for promotional activities and pose for pictures
- Participate in marketing and publicity materials
- Interact professionally with guests
- Promote venue-specific events
- Assist team members as needed
- Create and maintain a sense of urgency
