Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, stand, walk or sit for extended periods
- Previous experience in cashier or retail environment preferred
- Ability to operate POS and cash register systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Offer appropriate customer service
- Greet all customers with a smile and hello
- Suggest merchandise purchases to all customers
- Learn and operate the cash register and additional required equipment with accuracy
- Price, stock, and face merchandise including gondolas, shelving, counters, walk-in coolers, upright coolers, and backroom storage areas
- Manage product storage, maintenance, and rotation activities to avoid damage or spoilage
- Maintain the store according to maintenance policies and Health Department rules including cleaning, trash removal, and equipment upkeep
- Follow all security and safety policies and procedures
- Account for all shift and daily transactions
- Present a neat and clean appearance
- Wear required work dress code clothing
- Perform other duties assigned by Store Manager or District Manager
