Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be 19 years in Indiana
- Must be 20 years in Kentucky
- Must be 21 years in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, and Alabama
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- No prior experience required
- Ability to work full-time or part-time shifts as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions
- Operate cash register
- Restock merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
