Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Must be at least 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable
  • Ability to communicate and understand instructions both verbal and written in English
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently

Job Duties

  • Performs point of sale and processes all forms of payments
  • Asks each customer for cash donations at point of sale
  • Establishes or identifies prices of goods via merchandise type or with help from on-site leader
  • Completes closing procedures as necessary
  • Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance
  • Greets customers entering the store and thanks customers leaving
  • Maintains sales floor by following floorwork and picture process map standards
  • Stocks merchandise in assigned areas
  • Utilizes phones and paging systems to make scheduled announcements
  • Maintains a clean and safe environment
  • Models Goodwill core values of trust, collaboration, engagement, ownership, and innovation
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
