Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- food service experience preferred
- availability to work full time, 30 hours per week Monday through Thursday
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- basic math proficiency
- effective communication skills
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- ability to interact politely and professionally with customers
- skills in operating cash registers and handling various payment methods
- capability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards
- strong attention to detail for cash control and inventory
- team player with good communication skills
Job Duties
- perform sales transactions in a timely fashion
- enter all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded
- make change, accept declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment
- issue receipts to customers
- follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds
- interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- maintain assigned change funds and cash receipts ensuring cash drawer compliance
- observe customer purchases to differentiate between standard portions
- replenish condiments, coffee, beverages and supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas
- keep pastry case stocked
- ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory and cash control procedures
- ensure compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements
- perform other duties as assigned
