The role available at this location is for a full-time Cashier position, designed for individuals passionate about customer service, food hospitality, and efficient transaction management. Working a shift that typically runs from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm with variable days, this position offers a fixed pay rate of $20.00 per hour, along with complimentary meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select venues. Job Requirements
- Prior stocking, cleaning, and organizing experience preferred
- Able to work full-time with flexible days
- Must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in cashiering or food service preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Perform cashiering duties including making cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports
- Perform sales transactions timely and enter all sales into the cash register for accurate recording
- Make change, accept declining balance cards and other forms of payment, and issue receipts to customers
- Follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Replenish condiments, coffee, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, ServSafe, safety requirements, company service standards and cash control procedures
