Job Duties
- Greet guests cheerfully upon their arrival
- Take and process orders using a touch screen register accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash management
- Check orders for accuracy and portion control
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues with exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area including floors, windows, restrooms, tables, chairs, counters, and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and provide support wherever needed
