Job Duties
- Welcome all guests as they enter the store and provide an inviting and memorable experience
- Efficiently and accurately take customer orders using the POS system
- Provide the highest level of customer service by addressing questions or requests promptly and courteously
- Have a thorough understanding of menu items including ingredients and benefits
- Assist in preparing and delivering food maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Restock and organize stations regularly to ensure cleanliness and supply availability
- Follow all health and food safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with managers and team members to maintain smooth operations and positive work atmosphere
- Support additional duties as assigned
- Deliver guests’ food and beverages ensuring quality and presentation
- Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience
