The Taco Bell Team Member is the first face that customers see when they walk through the door or first voice they hear when they place a drive-thru order, setting the tone for the Taco Bell customer experience. This role involves taking orders, preparing food, resolving service or food issues, maintaining food-safety standards, and ensuring a clean and safe work and dining environment. It requires the ability to clean surrounding grounds, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 90% of the shift. A successful candidate will have a clean appearance, good work habits, and a positive attitude.
