Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail environment preferred
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic proficiency with technology and point of sale systems
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow safety and shrink prevention procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to operate Point of Sale systems and mobile devices

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
  • Partner with team members for additional support
  • Engage customers actively and enthusiastically
  • Resolve customer problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
  • Promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs
  • Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
  • Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
  • Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenish merchandise
  • Proactively call for assistance when needed at checkout
  • Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
  • Assist with omnichannel efforts as needed
  • Support recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
  • Participate in annual inventory processes
  • Support company shrink and safety initiatives
  • Meet established performance standards for the role including iCAP program, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
