Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or retail environment preferred
- Ability to handle transactions accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with technology and point of sale systems
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and shrink prevention procedures
Job Qualifications

- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate Point of Sale systems and mobile devices
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with team members for additional support
- Engage customers actively and enthusiastically
- Resolve customer problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenish merchandise
- Proactively call for assistance when needed at checkout
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
- Assist with omnichannel efforts as needed
- Support recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards for the role including iCAP program, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
