Job Duties
- Interacts effectively with the public and team members
- Performs excellent customer service at all times
- Receives payment from food and beverage guests, makes change and issues receipts promptly and courteously
- Adheres to established cash control policies and procedures
- Answers guest questions and directs concerns to appropriate management
- Advises guests of waiting time and recommends beverage outlets
- Handles guest complaints and resolves them quickly and courteously
- Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation
- Participates as a team member to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintains compliance with regulations and food safety certification
- Maintains consistent and regular attendance
- Performs reasonable requests made by management
