Job Description

Raising Cane's is a fast-growing restaurant chain renowned for its dedication to serving high-quality chicken finger meals with exceptional customer service. As a leader in the quick-service restaurant industry, Raising Cane's emphasizes a fun and energetic work environment where team members, or Crewmembers, are valued as crucial parts of the operation. Founded with a passion for great food and community involvement, the company prides itself on fostering growth opportunities and rewarding hard work and dedication. With a welcoming and supportive culture, Raising Cane's is committed to providing not just a job but a career path for individuals who are enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to develop within the restaurant industry.

The role of a Restaurant Crewmember at Raising Cane's is dynamic and essential to the day-to-day success of the restaurant. Crewmembers are expected to wear many hats, including but not limited to customer service, food preparation, order processing, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with or without prior restaurant experience, as all new hires receive paid training to ensure their success and growth within the company. Starting pay is competitive at $12.50 per hour, with the potential to earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour through on-the-job performance, continuing education, and certification within the first year.

Raising Cane's works all shifts including opening, closing, and everything in between, providing a range of scheduling flexibility to accommodate various lifestyles and commitments. The company values a team-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude that combines hard work with enjoying the workplace experience. Crewmembers contribute directly to the customer experience by delivering quick, friendly service while upholding brand standards and safety procedures.

Employees benefit from a comprehensive package that includes voluntary health benefits, 401(k) options with employer matching, gym membership programs, education assistance, and various insurance plans. Additionally, perks like paid time off, holiday closures, casual dress code, and flexible schedules make the role appealing to both new entrants and those seeking a long-term career in the restaurant field. The company places high importance on physical stamina and dexterity, as tasks involve lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

By joining Raising Cane's, Crewmembers become part of a culture that values individuality, responsibility, and authentic engagement. They are encouraged to take initiative, support their teammates, and grow professionally in a welcoming and inclusive environment. This position is not only about performing duties efficiently; it is about making an impact within the community and contributing to a workplace where fun and hard work coexist seamlessly. Raising Cane's is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to diversity and inclusion, providing an environment where every individual can thrive and feel valued.
