Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
Available to work various shifts
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Able to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
Comfortable working in an environment with flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Basic math and cashier operation skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

Take orders from guests and process payments accurately
Assist guests with prize redemption and game tokens
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier area
Handle cash and electronic transactions securely
Support other team members during busy periods
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
