Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
Available to work various shifts
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
Successful completion of background check in accordance with company policies

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Strong communication skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

Take orders from guests
Process payments accurately
Assist guests with prizes and game tokens
Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
Handle job stress and interact effectively with coworkers and guests
Follow all health and safety guidelines
