Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- must be able to stand,bend,kneel,reach,push/pull,walk and squat during scheduled shift
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or cashier roles is a plus
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests
- process payments accurately
- assist guests with prizes and game tokens
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
- provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries
- handle cash and point-of-sale systems responsibly
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
