This role is the frontline of guest service, involving taking orders, processing payments, assisting with prizes, and providing excellent customer experiences. Cashiers at CEC are empowered through cross-training to excel in various positions, fostering a dynamic work environment that supports career growth. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 15 years of age
  • Available to work various shifts
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
  • Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently
  • Process payments including cash, credit, and membership sales
  • Assist guests with prize redemption and inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
  • Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service
  • Support team members in cross-trained positions
  • Follow safety and sanitation protocols
