Cast Members receive comprehensive cross-training that allows them to develop various skills across different positions within the restaurant. This cashier role is part of an exempt and non-exempt pay structure with commission potential on sales of Memberships and Fun Passes. The exempt position offers commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold and from $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, paid bi-weekly. The non-exempt position offers commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership and from $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass, also paid bi-weekly. Additionally, Chuck E. Cheese presents a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program that allows employees to access earned wages without waiting for the standard paycheck cycle.
