Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- Willingness to learn and follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Pass background check if required for specific duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cash handling or cashier experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests
- Process payments accurately
- Assist guests with prize redemption
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Support team by cross-training in various positions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
