Job Requirements

be at least 15 years of age
available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
excellent customer service skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shift
able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous cashier or customer service experience a plus
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
basic math and cash handling proficiency
energetic and enthusiastic attitude

Job Duties

greet guests and take orders accurately
process cash and card payments efficiently
assist guests with prize selection and redemption
maintain clean and organized cashier area
handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely
support team members in other operational roles when needed
uphold safety and health standards at all times
