Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- willingness to work in an environment with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is advantageous but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- willingness to learn and be cross-trained in other roles
Job Duties
- take orders and process payments
- assist guests with prizes and game redemption
- provide excellent customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- help ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests
