Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
Available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and walk during shifts
Willingness to work in a loud and dynamic environment
Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience a plus
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Basic math skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Take orders from guests
Process payments accurately
Assist guests with prize selection
Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier station
Provide excellent customer service
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
Cross-train in multiple positions to support team needs
