Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- willingness to comply with health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in customer service or retail preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Take orders from guests and process payments accurately
- assist guests with redeeming prizes and provide exceptional customer service
- maintain a clean and organized cashier station and dining area
- handle cash, credit, and digital transactions responsibly
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient guest experiences
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines consistently
- support cross-training efforts to enhance operational flexibility
