As a Cashier at JCPenney, the primary responsibility is to deliver a superior customer service and sales experience while maintaining high checkout standards. The role involves greeting and assisting customers, handling transactions efficiently, and promoting company programs that enhance the shopping experience such as credit, rewards, and gift card initiatives.
