Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Prior customer service experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Basic math skills for cash handling
Critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
Legible handwriting and proficiency in operating cash registers and other equipment
Valid driver's license
Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen

Job Duties

Accurately process payments, deposits, and down payments, ensuring every transaction is smooth and efficient
Skillfully manage cash transactions, prepare customer receipts, and keep detailed records
Prepare nightly deposits and balance the cash drawer
Greet customers, guests, and visitors with a friendly smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Answer phones and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
Identify and address customer needs for exceptional service
Keep the refreshment area tidy and well-stocked
File documents timely and maintain an organized workspace
Communicate professionally with colleagues and clients
Take on additional duties as needed, contributing to team success
