Job Requirements
- High school degree
- One year of related experience
- Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely operate a standard or automatic transmission vehicle
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional manner
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related experience
- Ability to read and comprehend verbal and written instructions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with ability to drive manual or automatic transmission vehicles
- Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Background in the service industry preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Verify cash bank and necessary supplies at the start of each shift
- Issue parking tickets and record required information
- Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and on time
- Collect payments via cash, credit card, or validation following company procedures
- Process exception transactions such as lost tickets according to policy
- Provide correct change and receipts for all transactions
- Maintain a clean and orderly cashier booth
- Deliver excellent customer service including greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking customers upon exit
- Complete daily shift paperwork accurately
- Complete customer damage reports and communicate with the Claims Department
- Notify management of any issues requiring attention
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in all tasks
- Perform minor cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned
- Other duties as assigned by management
