Job Requirements
- One year cash handling experience in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler Certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written

Job Duties
- Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings
- Smiles, provides exceptional customer service, and always treats guests and coworkers with respect
- Properly operate the point of sales system and account for all service items by ringing them into the system and keeping a balanced bank
- Be knowledgeable in the products the company serves
- Understand and follow all cash handling policies and procedures
- Uphold great communication with guests, build rapport, and engage in friendly conversations
- Communicate all guest service opportunities and product shortages or issues to management
- Serve food and drinks, greet and seat guests, buss and run food and drinks, do side work, plus any other normal functions required to service guests under normal operating conditions
- Set and keep workstations and surrounding work areas properly stocked, clean, safe and organized
- Follow the companys attendance policy as well as other rules and regulations set forth in the handbook
- Able to satisfactorily complete assignable work tasks requested by the departmental leaders
- Must proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources
- Immediately report any safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues to the appropriate party
- Ensure the proper steps of service and guests needs are being met
- Perform other duties as assigned
