Job Requirements

  • One year cash handling experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Food Handler Certification
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written

Job Duties

  • Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings
  • Smiles, provides exceptional customer service, and always treats guests and coworkers with respect
  • Properly operate the point of sales system and account for all service items by ringing them into the system and keeping a balanced bank
  • Be knowledgeable in the products the company serves
  • Understand and follow all cash handling policies and procedures
  • Uphold great communication with guests, build rapport, and engage in friendly conversations
  • Communicate all guest service opportunities and product shortages or issues to management
  • Serve food and drinks, greet and seat guests, buss and run food and drinks, do side work, plus any other normal functions required to service guests under normal operating conditions
  • Set and keep workstations and surrounding work areas properly stocked, clean, safe and organized
  • Follow the companys attendance policy as well as other rules and regulations set forth in the handbook
  • Able to satisfactorily complete assignable work tasks requested by the departmental leaders
  • Must proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources
  • Immediately report any safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues to the appropriate party
  • Ensure the proper steps of service and guests needs are being met
  • Perform other duties as assigned
