Job Requirements
- Must have a valid California Food Handler Card
- must have a valid Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certificate
- must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to stand for long periods
- must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- must have basic cash handling experience
- must have good communication skills
- must maintain a neat appearance
- must have a positive customer service attitude
Job Qualifications
- Must have basic working knowledge of cash registers and cash handling procedures
- must have sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money
- must have basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operations
- must be able to follow directions and perform the work effectively
- must have a pleasant personality and neat appearance
- must be able to communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and employees
- positive, customer service-oriented attitude at all times
- strong knowledge of sanitary practices
- maintains proper grooming and dress code standards
- strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and attention to quality in a team environment
- ability to work with other staff members in the facility
- ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks

Job Duties
- Maintains accurate accounting of all cash and inventory at the assigned concession stand
- performs location worker assignments
- stands for long periods of time
- maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees
- plans for daily sales flow based on projections
- plans for peak hour sales and makes change requirements known to the Food & Beverage Manager
- organizes paperwork including cashier physical inventory stand sheets, meal sheets, spoilage reports, and cash slips
- verifies the correct item prices according to the menu
- stocks and restocks products upon delivery to the location
- monitors proper recording of employees' meals and meal vouchers if applicable
- maintains accurate cash handling procedures at all times
- follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage operations
- performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
- maintains a clean, safe working environment
- complies with transfer and requisition, cash handling, and purchasing policies and procedures
- must have a valid California Food Handler Card and RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certificate
- performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
