Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cooking or food prep experience preferred
- ability to work 4 to 5 shifts per week from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to stand for long periods
- capacity to handle physical demands of kitchen work
- good hygiene practices
- ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation or kitchen work advantageous
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

- ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
Job Duties
- Follow recipes to make side dishes
- sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for prep
- weigh and measure ingredients
- mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice vegetables
- perform basic cooking functions such as baking corn bread and preparing sauces
- label stock and inventory all ingredients
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- slice proteins
- ensure portion control
- use timers and cook on a flat top grill
