Job Duties

  • Follow recipes to make side dishes
  • sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for prep
  • weigh and measure ingredients

  • perform basic cooking functions such as baking corn bread and preparing sauces
  • label stock and inventory all ingredients
  • transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
