The role of Cashier/Runner at Torchy’s is vital in maintaining the smooth operation and exceptional guest service the brand is known for. Team members in this position greet guests with enthusiasm, accurately manage point of sale transactions, and ensure orders are delivered promptly and correctly. In addition to serving as the guest’s first touchpoint, Cashier/Runners maintain cleanliness within the dining and guest-facing areas and work closely with managers and kitchen staff to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
