- obtain required certifications by first day or within specified timeline
- ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds
- ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach as needed
- strong verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests and manage point of sale transactions
- deliver outstanding hospitality and ensure guests feel welcomed and valued
- learn the menu and current promotions to make personalized recommendations
- run food to tables accurately and promptly
- ensure guest-facing areas are clean, organized, and inviting
- collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and team members to resolve issues and provide smooth service
- perform additional duties as assigned
