Job Duties

  • Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions for new front-end associates to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Monitor and support trainees’ progress, providing coaching and assistance as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end area to ensure a welcoming environment
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with management and other team members to improve front-end operations
