Job Duties

greet customers as they enter the location
answer customer questions and provide information about products and services
take customer orders and enter them into the POS terminal
conduct monetary transactions using cash registers and electronic payment systems
balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts
maintain the front of the house to ensure it is neat and orderly
restock items and supplies as needed
answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries
