We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Cashier and Customer Service team member to join our team. Job Duties
- Greet customers as they enter the location
- Take orders and enter them into the POS terminal
- Use cash registers, POS terminals, and electronic scanners to process payments
- Maintain a neat and orderly front of house
- Restock items as needed
- Answer the phone and respond to customer inquiries
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of the shift
- Ensure each guest has a great Bread Zeppelin experience
- Work side by side with team members to accomplish goals
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and dining area cleanliness
- Maintain professional restaurant image including proper uniforms and appearance standards
