Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in cash handling or customer service
- familiarity with POS systems
- ability to communicate effectively
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- good organizational skills

- basic math skills

- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food service industry terminology is a plus

Job Duties
- Process cash, credit, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently
- provide excellent hospitality by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and addressing concerns or issues in a polite and professional manner
- efficiently handle incoming orders, accurately input them into the point-of-sale (POS) system, and coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- familiarity with the restaurant's menu offerings, including meats and accompanying sides, to effectively describe items and recommend additional purchases to enhance the customer's dining experience
- maintain a neat and organized cash register area, including proper storage of cash, change, and related supplies
- ability to complete tasks asked for by the management team
