Job Duties

- managing inventory
- ensuring clean and organized workstations
- assisting the front of house team
- greeting and knowing guests and VIPs
- communicating between front and back of house
- facilitating staff training
- participating in pre-shift meetings

- coordinating transfers with manager and server team
