  • managing inventory
  • ensuring clean and organized workstations
  • assisting the front of house team
  • greeting and knowing guests and VIPs
  • communicating between front and back of house
  • facilitating staff training
  • participating in pre-shift meetings
  • taking and making beverage orders
  • coordinating transfers with manager and server team
  • maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
