Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by recognizing and responding appropriately to customer transactions, requests and needs in an efficient and timely manner
- Deliver positive customer experience by creating a welcoming environment and ambiance in the café, maintaining facilities, ensuring the café is clean organized, fully stocked and ready for service
- Ensure consistency in quality, value and service at the café and onsite events
- Be courteous and responsive to internal and external requests
- Exchange and verify job related information to provide support
- Process customer transactions accurately
