Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous customer service experience
  • basic computer skills
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • good organizational skills
  • ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience
  • proper phone etiquette
  • accurate data entry
  • experience in cashiering and handling cash preferred
  • desire to increase knowledge/responsibilities to grow in this position
  • regular and consistent attendance
  • 18 years of age or older required

Job Duties

  • Greet customers
  • receipt customer payments/cashiering
  • schedule appointments
  • follow-up and reminder phone calls to customers
  • data entry
  • assist in answering multi-line phone system and transfer calls
  • miscellaneous clerical duties such as filing, faxing, collating
  • assist service manager with special duties
  • provide excellent customer service
  • perform duties of a receptionist when needed
