Cashier

Cashiers play a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service. They process checkout and/or return transactions, monitor and maintain the self-checkout area, seek product/project knowledge, follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrink. A Head Cashier supports Cashiers by expediting price checks, approving transactions and markdowns, providing first-level escalation for customer issues, and assisting in supervision, coaching, and training. The preferred qualification for a Head Cashier is 1+ years of cashier experience.
