This position also includes cross-training in custom framing sales and production, providing a well-rounded retail experience.

The work environment is fast-paced and physically active, requiring team members to be on their feet for extended periods and regularly lift and move merchandise, including heavy boxes and items stored on high shelves. The position demands adaptability to various store areas, some of which may have differing temperature controls, and includes shifts during nights, weekends, and early mornings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, respect for others, and a commitment to upholding Michaels’ values and vision.
